Nisibis (“uygulama”), Nusaybin’i keşfetmen için hazırlanmış ücretsiz bir şehir rehberidir. Gizliliğine değer veriyoruz. Bu politika, uygulamanın hangi verilere eriştiğini ve bunları nasıl kullandığını açıklar.
İzin verirsen, uygulama yalnızca açıkken (ön planda) cihazının konumunu kullanarak seni haritada gösterir ve yakınındaki durakları listeler. Konum bilgin yalnızca cihazında işlenir; tarafımızca toplanmaz, bir sunucuya gönderilmez veya saklanmaz. Konum iznini reddedersen uygulama yine çalışır; yalnızca “yakınımdakiler” özelliği devre dışı kalır. İzni istediğin zaman cihaz ayarlarından geri alabilirsin.
Tur ilerlemen, tamamladığın görevler ve dil tercihin gibi bilgiler yalnızca cihazında (yerel depolama) tutulur. Bu veriler cihazından çıkmaz ve uygulamayı kaldırdığında silinir.
Harita görselleri OpenStreetMap/CARTO ve Android’de Google Haritalar gibi üçüncü taraf sağlayıcılardan yüklenir. Harita içeriğini yüklerken bu sağlayıcıların sunucuları standart teknik istek bilgilerini (ör. IP adresi) alabilir ve verileri kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre işler. Konum koordinatların bu sağlayıcılara tarafımızca gönderilmez.
Uygulama genel kitleye yöneliktir ve çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamaz.
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellemeler bu sayfada yayımlanır ve “Son güncelleme” tarihi değişir.

Nisibis (the “app”) is a free city guide for exploring Nusaybin. We value your privacy. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is used.
If you grant permission, the app uses your device location only while the app is open (foreground) to show your position on the map and list nearby stops. Your location is processed on your device only; it is not collected by us, sent to any server, or stored. If you decline location permission, the app still works — only the “near me” feature is unavailable. You can revoke the permission at any time in your device settings.
Information such as your tour progress, completed missions, and language preference is kept only on your device (local storage). It never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.
Map imagery is loaded from third-party providers such as OpenStreetMap/CARTO and, on Android, Google Maps. When loading map content, these providers’ servers may receive standard technical request data (e.g., IP address) and process it under their own privacy policies. Your location coordinates are not sent to these providers by us.
The app is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates are posted on this page and the “Last updated” date is revised.
