1. Who we are

Fêrbûn (“the app”) is a Kurmanji Kurdish language-learning app. This policy explains how the app handles information. If you have any questions, contact us at omer.guzzel@outlook.com.

2. Information we collect

We do not collect any personal information. The app has no account system and does not ask for your name, email, or any identifier to function.

3. Data stored on your device

To make the app work, the following is saved locally on your device only, and is never sent to us or any third party:

• Your learning progress (completed lessons, scores, XP, level)
• Your daily streak and daily-goal settings
• Flashcard review history (used for spaced repetition)
• Your chosen display name, avatar, theme, and language preference
• Your reminder preference (on/off and time)

This data stays on your device. If you delete the app, this information is removed with it. You can also clear it any time from Profile → Reset All Progress.

4. Notifications

If you turn on the optional daily reminder, the app schedules a local notification on your device. This is handled entirely by your device’s operating system — no notification data is sent to us or any server.

5. Third parties, analytics, and ads

The app contains no third-party analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. We do not use any software development kits that collect your data.

6. Children’s privacy

The app is suitable for all ages and does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

7. Data sharing and selling

Because no personal data is collected, none is ever shared, sold, or disclosed.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above.
